Addressing the UN General Assembly, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said China upheld the 'One China' policy as international consensus.

He said although, we are facing many challenges nevertheless, there are still reasons for hope.

He highlighted China's efforts to maintain global peace and stability, including its adherence to the global non-proliferation regime and contribution to UN peacekeeping.

The Foreign Minister said China is contributing to global development and working to keep global industrial and supply chains up and running.
