Hot and dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad and upper Punjab during evening and night.

Dust raising winds are likely in central and southern parts of the country during the period.

According to met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of rain wind-thunderstorm during evening and night is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, and Baramula, while partly cloudy weather with chances of rain wind-thunderstorm during evening and night in Jammu, Anantnag and Shopian.
