Iran and the world powers will hold the talks on nuclear deal in Vienna today (Sunday) with the goal of bringing the United States back into 2015 nuclear deal.

Russia's envoy to the talks Mikhail Ulyanov said Iran and six world powers have been negotiating in Vienna since April to work out steps for Washington and Tehran to take.

He said an agreement on restoration of the nuclear deal is within reach but is not finalized yet.
