Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Russian forces have completely destroyed the eastern Donbas region.

In his video address, Ukrainian President accused Russian forces of attempting to kill as many Ukrainians and do as much damage as possible. He repeated his charge that Russia is carrying out a genocide.
