Indian brutalities cannot suppress Kashmiris’ struggle: JKML
January 20, 2021

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League has appealed to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to take cognizance of Indian state terrorism and victimization of the incarcerated Hurriyat leaders.

The appeal was made following a meeting of the Majlis-e-Shura of the party presided over Acting Chairman, Abdul Ahad Parra in Srinagar.

Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Ahad Parra said India’s brutal tactics cannot suppress the Kashmiris’ ongoing freedom movement.

He asked the UN chief to initiate measures for settling the Kashmir dispute by granting the Kashmiris their inalienable right to self-determination in accordance with the UN resolutions.

Meanwhile, a complete shutdown will be observed  across in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir tomorrow to mark the 31st anniversary of Gawkadal massacre.
