Punjab Governor Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar has said that production of cheap electricity is the top priority of the government.

Addressing a ceremony to shift the universities on solar energy in Lahore on Wednesday, Governor said ten institutions including Punjab University would be self-reliant to produce fifteen megawatt electricity.

He said that 257 million rupees would be saved annually after production of electricity from these ten universities in a year.
