In Afghanistan, Taliban say they are negotiating with US officials to reach an agreement on withdrawal of foreign forces from their country by end of this month.

Talking to a Pakistani daily, Taliban spokesman in Doha, Suhail Shaheen said we have agreed to scale down military operations to pave way for signing of the peace agreement with United States.

He denied any ceasefire agreement with US but said it is just a reduction in their operations.
