Pak Army in coordination with civil administration is making all endeavours to open Deosai road.

Currently two bulldozers have been employed for clearance of the road.  

Meanwhile, Commander FCNA Major General Ehsan Mehmood Khan and Commander 62 Brigade Brigadier Azhar Munir went on rescue mission to the area, where tourists and locals have stranded in Deosai due to heavy snowfall.

They ensured that sufficient food supplies and warm clothing are available to the stranded tourists and locals and assured them their safe return.   

During Rescue Mission, the Commanders landed at Bara Pani and Kala Pani and evacuated one of the tourist to Skardu.
