The global media has started to notice the extrajudicial killing of unarmed Kashmiris by Indian troops in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

A US newspaper, "The Daily Beast", in its publication has mentioned Shopian and Srinagar fake encounters and acknowledged that there have been some fatal missteps by Indian army, which are just now coming to light.

Commenting on latest situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the newspaper said ever since the BJP-led government revoked autonomous status of the state, Indian authorities have been trying their best to crush the freedom movement in the territory.
