Taliban and Afghan government have agreed to continue talks in Qatar.

The negotiation teams which met in Doha over the weekend renewed the talks and discussed several issues.

Earlier, after expiry of Eid holiday’s ceasefire, Afghan forces and Taliban clashed in Helmand province and Taliban attacked military check posts in Lashkargah and other areas.
