In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their continued acts of state terrorism martyred two more youth in Khonmoh area of Srinagar, today (Monday).

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were killed during a cordon and search operation jointly launched by Indian Army, police and Central Reserve Police Force in the area.

As the news about the killing spread in the area, hundreds of men, women and youth flouting restrictions came out of their houses and staged a forceful anti-India and pro-freedom protest demonstration. 

The protesters assembled outside the house where the youth were killed by the troops and raised vociferous slogans against the ruthless killing.

They said the martyrs were innocent youth and killed in a fake encounter.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference appealed to the freedom loving people of Kashmir to observe complete shutdown on Friday to commemorate the martyrdom anniversaries of prominent liberation leaders Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone, Mirwaiz Molvi Mohammed Farooq and martyrs of Hawal.

The APHC spokesman in a statement in Srinagar today said that protest rallies will be organised on that day against the genocide of the Kashmiris in the territory.
