Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred three more Kashmiri youth in a fake encounter in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the troops martyred the youth during a so-called cordon and search operation in Uri area of Baramulla district.

As part of their nefarious practice to defame Pakistan and malign the Kashmiris’ freedom movement, Indian troops pick up innocent Kashmiri youth, take them to far off areas, eliminate them in staged encounters and then label them as foreign militants.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in a statement in Srinagar said killings, arrests, torture and other Indian atrocities cannot force the Kashmiris into submission and they will continue their struggle till they achieve their UN-acknowledged right to self-determination.

The High Court of occupied Kashmir has issued a notice to the authorities, seeking their response on a petition filed by senior APHC leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, seeking his release from continued house arrest since August 2019.

The regional political parties Peoples Democratic Party, National Conference and Congress have strongly denounced the assault on Kashmiri students at Desh Bhagat University in the Indian state of Punjab.

Indian police subjected the students to severe lathi-charge when they were protesting against the university’s decision to clandestinely transfer their registrations to an unapproved college.
