Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood says soft image of the country which can be achieved by promoting arts and culture.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of arts and culture scholarship program in Islamabad on Thursday, he said Pakistan has a rich culture that needs to be projected internationally.

He said the state has a responsibility to provide the talented people with the opportunities in all fields of life so that they can excel and flourish in their lives.

Federal Minister said Pakistani nation has a great talent which is required to harnessed and channelized for country's bright future.
