Federal Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Farogh Naseem has termed Facebook as a key source of information for masses about public-friendly legislation in Pakistan.

He was talking to Facebook delegation led by its Director of Policy for Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Rafael Frankel in Islamabad today (Thursday).

Lauding the Facebook's role in Pakistan, he said Facebook is a useful tool for disseminating information on women's inheritance and laws like Legal Aid and Justice Authority.

Speaking on the occasion, Rafael Frankel said Facebook is working with the Ministry of IT and Ministry of Education on Digital Literacy Campaign.

On the occasion, Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Justice Barrister Maleeka Bokhari said that Facebook's role in raising awareness about violence against women is important.
