Turkey urges more EU funding for Syrian refugees

Turkey has urged European Union to increase funding for Syrian refugees being sheltered on its land.

Talking to media in Istanbul, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and director for EU affairs, Faruk Kaymakci said migration crisis has cost Turkey more than forty billion dollars.

He said two point six billion dollars in aid from the EU has reached for thirty-six million refugees.
