The US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has said a “phase one” trade deal between United States and China will boost global economy, while second phase could come in several steps.

Addressing Doha Forum conference in Qatar, he hoped that the trade deal will be fully executed next month and then ‘phase two’ deal will be made.
