In Afghanistan, 25 militants have been killed and six others injured during different operations launched in Zabul and Takhar provinces.

According to Afghan military officials, ten militants have been killed and two others injured in airstrikes targeted Taliban gathering in Khawja Bahaudin district of Takhar province.

In another operation in Shahjoy district of Zabul province, thirteen militants have been killed and four others injured.
