Very cold weather is likely to prevail in Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and north Balochistan, while cold and dry weather in other parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

Dense fog is likely in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh.  

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad two degree centigrade, Lahore five, Karachi ten, Peshawar four, Quetta and Gilgit minus six and Murree zero degree centigrade. 

  According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and dry weather is likely to prevail in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla and Leh, while cold, dry and foggy weather in Jammu. 

Temperature recorded this morning, Srinagar, Anantnag and Shopian minus one degree centigrade, Jammu nine, Leh minus three, Pulwama and  Baramulla minus two degree centigrade.
