Over 3,000 more Pakistani intending pilgrims arrive in Saudi Arabia

Over three thousand more Pakistani intending pilgrims arrived in Saudi Arabia tonight [Sunday].

Radio Pakistan's special correspondent Bilal Khan Mehsud reports from Madinah Munawwarah that 3,254 more Pakistani intending pilgrims landed in Saudi Arabia tonight through twelve flights.

Three flights each from Islamabad and Karachi, four from Lahore and one each from Multan and Sialkot, transported 3,254 Hajj pilgrims to the holy city of Madinah.

The Pre-Hajj Flight operation started on Thursday is in full swing and bringing pilgrims from different cities of Pakistan.

Sharing details of arrangements made for facilitation of Pakistani intending pilgrims, Joint Secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs and Director of Facilitation and Coordination Pakistan Hajj Mission Madinah Ahmed Nadeem Khan told Radio Pakistan that all possible efforts are being taken to facilitate the guests of Allah Almighty.

He said we are taking due care of the quality and hygiene of the food being served to the pilgrims.

It is pertinent to mention here that from Friday, Pakistani pilgrims who have completed their eight-day stay in Madinah will start departing for Makkah, the final convergence destination for faithful arriving from across the world.
