‘High time to pursue aggressive diplomacy to contain India's state sponsored terrorism’
January 12, 2021

Maj Gen Retd Ejaz Awan (Defense Analyst): Indian fascist government is habitual of violating ceasefire agreements and targeting innocent civilians across the border. It is unfortunate that despite all the Indian atrocities in IIOJK, the world community has observed a criminal silence. The absence of world justice has further escalated the tension in IIOJK. The United Nations has observed a blind eye towards the worst human rights violations in IIOJK. There is no moral, political or economic pressure on India from the globe. It is evident that India is using Afghan soil for committing subversive activities to destabilize Pakistan. It is high time for Pakistan to pursue aggressive diplomacy to contain India's state sponsored terrorism. Pakistan must respond as hard as India is trying to sabotage peace in Pakistan. The world must realize that any confrontation between two nuclear states can bring catastrophic consequences. Islamabad has tried its level best to convince the world powers to intervene and stop India's belligerence behavior.

Brig Retd Saed Nazeer (Defense Analyst): India is pursuing the ideology of RSS which is based on extremism and fundamentalism. There is no place for minorities in Modi's India. Indian agencies are so blind in hatred of Pakistan that they even do not spare Pakistani Hindus. The minorities in India are living as second class citizens.  Pakistan must continue its proactive diplomacy to expose India's state sponsored terrorism. Indian government is habitual of violating international laws and UN resolutions. Despite all the proof, the international community has failed to hold India accountable for committing the worst human rights violations. The world powers are using India as a proxy to counter China's increasing influence. Indian troops are targeting innocent civilians including women, children and old in IIOJK. Indian soldiers use Muslim Kashmiris as human shields against Pakistan army.

Rahim Ullah Yousafzai (IR Expert): Pakistan role for Afghan peace has been acknowledged by the world community. It is a diplomatic victory of Pakistan that the world has endorsed Pakistan's stance for Afghan peace. Islamabad is fully committed to facilitating the Afghan peace process. Pakistan is calling for  a responsible pull out of foreign forces from Afghanistan. The United States new administration would deal with the situation more sensibly. Pakistan has always desired for an afghan-led Afghan owned peace process.

A.Z. Hilali (IR Expert):It is appreciable that the Kabul political leadership has started cooperating with Pakistan for durable Afghan peace. Pakistan has always offered its sincere efforts for Afghan peace. The Kabul government acknowledges Pakistan's role for the success of Afghan reconciliation process. The complete withdrawal of US forces must be conditioned with the stable political situation in Afghanistan. Pakistan's role is crucial for peaceful Afghanistan. The close ties between two Muslim brethren countries is in the best interest of Afghanistan. India is a peace spoiler in Afghanistan. Peace in Afghanistan is against the Indian hegemonic interests. India has a nefarious agenda to destabilize Pakistan using Afghan soil. Islamabad and Kabul must make collective efforts to deal with future challenges
