Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar says Shanghai Cooperation Organization continues to serve as a vital platform for promoting peace, security, economic connectivity, and shared prosperity across Eurasia. 

He made these remarks on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The Deputy Prime Minister participated in a cake-cutting ceremony marking the SCO's 25th anniversary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside resident ambassadors of the SCO member states in Pakistan.

He reaffirmed Pakistan's strong commitment to multilateralism and extended heartfelt congratulations to the SCO family on this important milestone.

Ishaq Dar also expressed confidence in the Organization's continued role in fostering regional cooperation and development.
