In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the Indian authorities for imposing illegal restrictions to prevent people from offering the religious rituals of their beloved leader, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai.

The APHC spokesman in a statement in Srinagar demanded a high-level probe by an impartial jurist under the auspices of the UN Secretary General into the custodial killing of Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai in Udhampur jail.

Meanwhile, Indian forces’ personnel cordoned off the residence of martyred Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai in Barzulla area of Srinagar. The forces’ personnel have blocked all the roads and lanes leading to the residence of Ashraf Sehrai and are not allowing people to visit his family members to express condolence with them.

Meanwhile, the spokesman of Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, headed by incarcerated Shabbir Ahmed Shah, in a statement strongly condemned the occupation authorities’ action.
