Hot and dry weather likely to prevail over most parts of country

Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country, while very hot in Sindh, south Punjab and Balochistan during the next twelve hours. 

However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad twenty-six degree centigrade, Lahore and Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-nine,  Quetta twenty-three, Gilgit  and Murree sixteen and Muzaffarbad twenty-one degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Anantnag and Baramulla, partly cloudy in Jammu and Pulwama while partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain in Shopian and Leh.     

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar and Pulwama and Baramulla eighteen degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-eight, Leh six, Shopian and Anantnag seventeen degree centigrade.
