A grand peace Jirga with the cooperation of Pakistan Army was held in Bannu.

The religious scholars of Bannu pledged their full support to Pakistan Army for peace and elimination of Fitna al-Khawarij.

They paid tribute to the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army and security forces.

The participants also expressed their gratitude to Pakistan Army for their efforts in improving education, healthcare and particularly for their contributions to girls' education in the area.
