The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres says now it is time for dialogue, confidence-building measures and reductions in the size of nuclear arsenals and utmost restraint.

In his video message to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Ceremony, he called on the international community to make efforts to create a future free from the nuclear threat.
