The Presidents of the United States and Russia will speak via video call on Tuesday to discuss the tense situation in Ukraine.

In a statement, the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that we had evidence that Russia has planned to invade Ukraine.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the meeting and said that both presidents would decide themselves how long the conversation will last.
