Freedom march held in Muzaffarabad against Indian Home Minister's visit to IIOJK

A freedom march was held in Muzaffarabad under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir against the visit of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

A large number of people gathered in Laal Chowk marched on the main highway towards UN mission office while chanting anti-India and pro-freedom slogans. They also burnt the effigy of Amit Shah in protest.

Citizens waved black flags carried banners and posters on which phrases against the Indian Home Minister Amit Shah and the Government of India were written.

Speakers on the occasion said that on August 5, 2019 in the Indian Lok Sabha, the identity of the state of Jammu and Kashmir was distorted.

They also demanded the United Nations to give the people of Jammu and Kashmir their right to self-determination in accordance with resolutions passed itself by the prestigious body.
