Mainly hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain with wind and thunderstorm is expected in south Punjab, upper Sindh, northeast Balochistan, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.

Islamabad twenty-five degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-six, Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-eight, Quetta twenty-two, Gilgit eighteen, Murree sixteen and Muzaffarabad twenty degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian, Jammu, Leh, Anantnag and Baramulla.   

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Shopian and Anantnag fifteen degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-three, Leh eight, Pulwama and Baramulla fourteen degree centigrade.
