Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam PTI government firmly believes in green recovery and protecting the environment.

In his video message on World Environment Day being celebrated worldwide today, he said Prime Minister Imran Khan announced green stimulus even during the corona pandemic, which reflects his commitment to green goals as well as provision of employment to youth. He said Protective Area Initiative will be launched by the Prime Minister on 15th of this month. He said Clean Green Pakistan campaign is successfully working in twenty cities of Pakistan. He said these projects are not only giving jobs to people but also protecting the nature.

Referring to Corona pandemic, Malik Amin Aslam said nature is reminding us of its power to retaliate, if invaded, as well as rebound, if given space.

He emphasized the need to go on to a green recovery and make nature a partner in post Covid-10 environment.

He said we cannot get rid of pandemics without cleaning our environment. He said when humans destroy the habitats of wildlife, nature takes its revenge.
