The by-election at Punjab Assembly constituency, PP-84 Khushab is underway under strict Standard Operating Procedures of Covid-19. 

According to Provincial Election Commission, a total of eight candidates are vying for the seat while tough contest is expected between PTI candidate Sardar Ali Hussain Khan Baloch and Malik Moazzam Sher Kallu of PML-N.

The total number of registered voters in the constituency is 292,687 while 229 polling stations have been established to facilitate the voters.

The seat fell vacant due to death of PML-N MPA, Malik Muhammad Waris due to Covid-19.
