A special meeting to discuss output cuts between OPEC and other major oil producers including Russia has been postponed till Thursday.

The decision has been made after a dispute between Saudi Arabia and Russia over who is to blame for plunging crude prices intensified.

The meeting was expected to be held via video conference tomorrow.
