Russia has firmly condemned the imposition of new sanctions against Belarus by West over the allegation of creating migration crisis on its borders with the European Union.

In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova termed these restrictive measures 'inhumane by nature' causing negative impacts on common Belarus citizens.

It is noteworthy, that the United States, United Kingdom, European Union and Canada have imposed sanctions on Belarus, accusing it of human rights violations and “orchestrating” irregular migration at the EU’s border.
