The United States, Britain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have jointly called for immediate restoration of civilian-led government in Sudan. 

In a joint statement, the Quad for Sudan affirmed the support to Sudanese for their aspiration of a democratic and peaceful country. 

Urging all parties to ensure peace and hold dialogue, the statement also demanded of the Sudanese military to lift the state of emergency and release those detained.
