President Dr. Arif Alvi has urged the institutions and people to save energy to the maximum level to help reduce loadshedding in the country.

In a tweet, he said at no capital cost to the national exchequer, the Presidency is producing one megawatt electricity.

Dr Arif Alvi said because of the increased daily conservation efforts, the Presidency is putting a good proportion of electricity into the national grid.

He said all people and institutions should take initiative at their end to conserve the energy.
