Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says people of India do not want Prime Minister Narendra Modi to run the country.

Addressing a news conference in New Delhi, he said Congress fought not only against BJP but also against the intelligence agencies and judiciary as all state institutions were captured by Narendra Modi.
