Minister for Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Akbar Ayub Khan says the government is taking necessary steps for improvement of skills of the students during COVID-19.

In a statement, he said the elementary and secondary education department has uploaded more than one-hundred and seventy videos of courses in English and other local languages on the learning portal of the department.

The videos include lectures of general knowledge, mathematics, chemistry and other science subjects.

Initially, the courses of classes from one to ten have been uploaded on the portal.

Besides, the department has also introduced ‘taleem-ghar’ for students from class one to twelve, learn smart Pakistan and online teachers training certification for teachers under its digital program.
