Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has constituted an eleven-member Reform and Resource Mobilization Commission to review existing revenue policies.

Ashfaq Tola will be the chairman of the Commission.

The Commission will identify issues, difficulties and risks of existing tax system. It will review budget proposals and evaluate their consequences.

The commission will also review complexities of tax legislation. It will recommend a robust IT system.
