The RSPN is the largest development network of Pakistan, with an outreach to over 48.9 million rural Pakistanis. It consists of eleven member Rural Support Programmes (RSPs), Social Mobilization is a process whereby people are organized in order to enable them to collectively think and act upon their development. Social Mobilization consists of the organizing of communities in rural and per-urban areas into three tiers.
