To ensure transparency and fair play in the entire procurement procedures for the flood affectees‚ the National Disaster Management Authority has placed entire record of procurements on the internet.
This can readily be accessed at the NDMA website www.ndma.gov.pk
The President during a video conferencing held last month had directed NDMA that all the procurement orders should be made available on internet for the sake of ensuring transparency and public information.

The National Database and Registration Authority has so far issued four hundred sixty four thousand and two hundred fifty four Pakistan Cards to heads of the rain affected families in Sindh.
A NADRA statement said that seventy one thousand one hundred twenty eight Pakistan Cards were issued in Mirpurkhas‚ two hundred twenty seven thousand and four hundred thirty two in Badin‚ seventy six thousand six hundred forty seven in Tando Muhammad Khan and eighty nine thousand nine hundred forty seven in Shaheed Benazirabad.
NADRA has so far set up forty nine centres in four districts including Badin‚ Tando Muhammad Khan‚ Shaheed Benazirabad and Mirpurkhas.
=====================================More than eighty-nine lac seventy-eight thousand people in twenty-two districts in Sindh have been affected due to recent heavy rains and floods.
The Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority Muhammad Saleh Farooqi in an interview with Radio Pakistan Hyderabad's Correspondent Tariq Baloch said more than sixty-one lac twenty-six thousand acres was submerged under rain-water‚ while standing crops on twenty-one lac sixty-six thousand acres has been damaged.
He said that due to rains and floods more than five lac houses have been collapsed‚ while more than six lac thirteen thousand houses have been partially damaged.
===================================The Sindh Minister for Education Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has directed the concern authorities to pump out flood water in Dadu district.
He issued this directive at a meeting in Dadu on Wednesday. He was told that seventy percent flood water has been pumped out while work on the remaining water is in progress.
===========================================The US Consul General William Martian‚ accompanied by the consulate officials‚ visited a relief camp at Village Saleh Laghari in Tando Allahyar district on Wednesday.
He met the flood affected people and ensured about their problems. He also distributed shelter kits and non food items among them. He also handed out books and geometry boxes to the children.
Speaking to media on the occasion‚ the Consul General said the Americans care about the plight of the flood victims and stand with them in their difficult time of facing the natural disaster.
He said the US assistance included food‚ water‚ medical attention and shelter to the million victims.
