SC granted bail to Federal Minister Makhdoom Shuhabuddin
SC bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk directed Makhdoom Shuhabuddin to submit two surety bonds of five hundred thousand rupees each in ephedrine case
The three member bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk directed Makhdoom Shuhabuddin to submit two surety bonds of five hundred thousand rupees each.
The court issued notice to the Anti-Narcotic Force and adjourned the hearing till 25th of this month.
Later talking to the media persons‚ Federal Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin said the FIR and challan do not contain his name.
Similarly‚ there are no charges against him in the warrant of arrest.
He said the matter is sub judice and he does not want to comment further. He‚ however‚ said the judiciary is working independently.
