Pakistan Peoples Party Secretary General Senator Jahangir Badr has said consultation would be held on forming a caretaker government.
In a press statement in Lahore on Tuesday‚ he said that an impartial election commissioner had been appointed and the democratic system is making progress. He said for the first time in the history of the country a democratic government is going to complete its tenure.
He said all institutions should play their due role in strengthening democracy as it would be beneficial for the people and the country.
Jahangir Badr said no court can take the right of legislation from the Parliament.
