Completion of the term by the parliament will strengthen democracy: PM
The Prime Minister says completion of tenure by the Parliament will be a sign of maturity of the political forces
Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said the government attaches priority to initiation and completion of development projects particularly in the rural areas for the uplift of the people.
Talking to federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo in Islamabad on Saturday‚ he assured that the federal government will extend necessary financial assistance in completion of the projects which will benefit the people of the area.
Talking to Food Security Minister Israrullah Zehri‚ the Prime Minister said completion of tenure by the Parliament will strengthen democracy which will be a sign of maturity of the political forces inside and outside the parliament.
He issued instructions for release of funds for expeditious completion of the development projects relating to electrification and water supply so that the people can benefit from them..
