Notable siraiki politicians‚ journalists‚ analysts and people from different walks of life attended the event in large number‚ which was jointly organized by Siraiki Journalists Forum (SJF) Pakistan‚ Daily newspaper Jhok and PNCA.

Addressing on the occasion‚ speakers said that creation of Siraiki province is the need of the hour and criticized those elements who are creating hurdles in creation of new province.

They hailed the sincere efforts of leadership of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for creation of Siraiki province and asked other political parties to support this demand of several million people of the country.

They said that Dera Ismail Khan and Tank and all other siraiki areas should be included in the Siraiki province as per aspirations of the people of such areas.

MNA Pakistan Muslim League (N)‚ Shereen Arshad‚ MNA Pakistan Peoples Party‚ Mian Abdul Sattar‚ central leader Siraikistan Qaumi Council‚ Zahoor Ahmad Dhareja‚ Chairman Siraiki Journalists Forum (SJF) Pakistan‚ Rezza Agha‚ President SJF Mujahid Bhatti and Chairman Siraikistan Qaumi Council Shaukat Mughal also spoke on the occasion.

The organizers of the event said that holding of such cultural event aimed at expressing love and affection with Siraiki language and culture.

Renowned poet of Siraiki belt Shakir Shujaah Abadi joined the event while local singers performed on the occasion while stage performance of artists was also part of the event.
