A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting presided over by Director General Radio Pakistan Murtaza Solangi at PBC Headquarters in Islamabad on Friday.
The equipment of the transmitter has already reached and it will be installed before the end of the current month. This will be the 24th transmitter of the FM-93 family of Radio Pakistan which is the largest FM network of the country.
The meeting also decided to replace the old transmitter of FM-101 youth and entertainment channel of Radio Pakistan in Quetta by the end of this month.
