Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority says the Punjab government had allocated funds to provide immediate relief to affectees in any unexpected flood like situation

Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority Mujahid Sherdil has said there will be normal rains in the upcoming monsoon season.
In an statement he said all-out measures had been taken to deal with any unexpected rainy or flood situation.

He said the Punjab government had allocated funds to provide immediate relief to affectees in any unexpected flood like situation.

He said all DCOs are keeping a vigilant eye on water flow in rivers and checking river banks regularly.
