United Nations has called on Israel to immediately end demolition of Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank.

 

UN Humanitarian Coordinator Maxwell Gaylard in a statement said that the Palestinian people are suffering by Israeli destruction and demolition houses in the occupied territory which is its ongoing practice.

 

He said Israel has a fundamental responsibility to protect the Palestinian civilian population under its control and to ensure their dignity and well-being.
