| In Occupied Kashmir, the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has strongly denounced the restrictions imposed by the occupation authorities to thwart the march towards United Nations Observers' Office in Srinagar. According to Kashmir Media Service, The APHC Chairman, in an interview in Srinagar said the restrictions and crackdown were uncalled for as only the Hurriyet leadership was going to march to the UN Office. Mirwaiz said, the authorities have imposed martial law in the held Valley for the past five days and people are being harassed. People are starving and they are not allowed to get food and medicines from the markets. Seeking intervention of the international community for resolution of the Kashmir dispute and an end to human rights violations in the occupied territory, the APHC Chairman said that delaying of resolution of Kashmir dispute will continue to send thousands of innocent civilians to graves.
