Dr. Qandil Abbas (IR Expert): After the collapse of Soviet Union, territorial boundaries between Azerbaijan and Armenia could not be defined properly and this led to dispute between the two states. The unnecessary and negative involvement of external actors is further escalating tension between the two countries. Every country has its own interests in the region. The ethnic and territorial conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan is posing a serious threat to regional peace and stability.
