Dr. Sarfraz Khan (Expert on International Relations): Peshawar BRT project was initiated by the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa three years ago and has to face certain challenges till today. However, this project will facilitate the people of Peshawar to a great extent. It is a huge project but is not fully operational yet. We expect the operationally of this project soon. All of the Peshawar city will be connected to this project and will improve the mobility of people. BRT consists of 27km track and 31 stations while the length of feeder routes is 62 km in which 146 stops have been made to facilitate the people across the city. Prime Minister has inaugurated the long awaited BRT project today which will be the best metro project in the country.
