Coronavirus is pandemic and has become an international issue. The intensity of novel COVID-19 is South Asian countries is much weaker as compared to in Western countries. The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in economic recession in the entire world. The people must stay at home in order to avoid spreading of this virus as through such measures the Coronavirus can be controlled. The policy of the government regarding lockdown is appreciable. However, the government must also ensure the availability of essential food items to the deserving families at their doorstep. The super power United States is also suffering from COVID-19 and now seeking support from China in this regard. IMF and World Bank are also supporting Pakistan to overcome Coronavirus.
